Investment Options

    • Job Creation: Establish a business that creates at least 10 new full-time jobs in Portugal.

  3. Investment Fund:

    • Minimum Investment: EUR 500,000.

    • Details: Invest in a qualifying Portuguese investment fund.


Real Estate Investment

As of 2023, residential real estate is no longer a qualifying investment option under the Portugal Golden Visa Program. However, investments in commercial real estate in designated interior areas of Portugal may still qualify. The minimum investment amount for real estate remains at EUR 500,000.
